important space for human rights and public freedoms by emphasizing adherence to humanity and the
allocation of many of the principles of this area, as one of the most important elements of the state legal
submission of all authorities to the law, which ensures respect for human rights and freedom At the
same time, human rights issues are of equal importance to the general constitutions of the Arab
constitutions in general and the Bahraini constitution in particular. The normal legal rules and the
constitutional texts are the ones that show how to protect humanity in all aspects of human life. Freedom
of the Constitution and a clean and free environment, which affects human health, life and property, and
in protecting humanity from the destructive extremist thought that has become widespread in the world
and constitutes a threat to humanity in its various components, under the name of blind terrorism which

Thus, constitutional legislation in various countries of the world has played a role in achieving an
